Broken to Beloved exists to provide resources in awareness, safeguarding, and recovery for those in and coming out of spaces of spiritual abuse, religious trauma, and church harm and offer pathways toward healing and wholeness.
To help us fulfill our mission, Broken to Beloved is honored and grateful and have the following individuals serve on our Board:
What's Expected?
We ask each Board Member to commit to seven expecations:
- Determine, clarify, & support mission
- Participate in group processes
- Review Performance
- Ensure Effective Organizational Planning
- Steward Resources Effectively
- Determine and Monitor Programs and Services
- Promote Organization
Board members serve a 3-year term (beginning with the month they are voted in), with a limit of 2 consecutive terms. After a year off, individuals are welcome to apply or join again.
Board members will abide by the organization Bylaws and Code of Ethics, and operate according to our Values when representing the organization in any official capacity.

We are currently looking for diverse new members to join our team, particularly with experience in fundraising and/or marketing.
A trauma-informed background is expected.
